The tattoos — a clock on his left forearm and a scorpion on his abdomen — in the image appear to match the One Direction star’s ink.
Photos obtained by The Post showed police officers and a forensics team outside of the hotel.Payne was in Argentina earlier this month to support his former One Direction bandmate Niall Horan, who had a show there.
It appears he stayed or returned a short time later with his girlfriend, Kate Cassidy. The pair had been posting from their vacation and seemed to be happy.Payne even shared several pictures on Snapchat on the same day he died.
