Ole Gunnar Solskjaer reportedly gave Ed Woodward some advice to sort out the mess Jose Mourinho created at Manchester United.
Solskjaer took over from Mourinho at Old Trafford in 2018 and immediately took to restoring squad harmony. Big-name players who were deemed to be not pulling their weight; Alexis Sanchez and Romelu Lukaku were frozen out, while youngsters including Mason Greenwood and Brandon Williams were given an opportunity to shine.
In the two years since Solskjaer took the reins, things have started to improve at Man United, with the club finishing third in the Premier League last season and securing European football next campaign.
