Manchester United have rewarded academy graduates Mason Greenwood and Brandon Williams with new shirt numbers ahead of the upcoming campaign.
Forward Greenwood, who netted 17 goals last season, will swap the number 26 for the iconic number 11 shirt, made famous by Old Trafford legend Ryan Giggs.Williams, meanwhile, moves from the number 53 shirt to number 33, having impressed while deputising for first choice left-back Luke Shaw.Greenwood's excellent goalscoring form was recently rewarded with a maiden England call-up, something the teenager has called a "privilege" and an "honour"."It's a dream come true," he said. "Playing for England and being selected for England is every young boy's dream.
