The former Strictly Come Dancing regular welcomed her first child with husband James last year. After a three-year battle to get pregnant and a round of IVF, Ella was born just before the country went into lockdown.
But Ola has seen one positive of becoming a new mum during a pandemic - and that's being free of the pressure to lose baby weight, she laughs. "I put on a lot of weight with Ella because I relaxed and didn't want to be strict with my diet," Ola says. "It took me a year to lose it, but I didn't put any pressure on myself.
