TMZ reports.The rapper had been in hospital for several weeks due to an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. His family confirmed on December 16 that he was in a “critical but stable condition” after allegedly attempting suicide.Sources have told TMZ that Maco, real name Benedict Chiajulam Ihesiba Jr., was in a coma and his condition then took a turn for the worse.

Doctors had reportedly also been struggling to get a proper brain scan in order to flush out the toxins in the rapper’s system.
