An OceanGate tragedy movie is already in the works. According to Deadline, Blackening producer E. Brian Dobbins and MindRiot Entertainment are behind the project, which is in the planning stages just months after the submersible tragedy occurred. Keep reading to find out more… The movie will be titled Salvaged, and will focus on the events before, during, and after the five-day tragedy, which made headlines over one week in mid-June.

The OceanGate Titan submersible went missing on June 18, and it set off a huge search for the vessel, which was occupied by five people – Hamish Harding, Shahzada Dawood, Suleman Dawood, Paul-Henry Nargeolet, and CEO of the company, Stockton Rush.
