A man under investigation for an alleged 'high value' theft of equipment from Manchester City's Etihad Stadium has left his job with the North West Ambulance Service.
As reported in the Manchester Evening News last year, an NWAS employee was arrested after tens of thousands of pounds worth of equipment was allegedly stolen.
Greater Manchester Police confirmed it was investigating. The M.E.N. understands equipment and items belonging to City stars were allegedly taken. READ MORE: I thought ‘Thank God maybe everything is ok’.
Then police knocked on my door A man arrested as part of the investigation has since been released on bail. Last August, NWAS said it was aware of the arrest but refused to reveal whether the man had been suspended or was continuing to work.
