And I'm also in a position now where I can pick and choose,“You know, it wasn't always like that so that's nice.”Les is currently appearing in the UK tour of Fat Friends The Musical.This sees him reuniting with his good friend Sherrie Hewson, who he first starred with 40 years ago in Madhouse.Reflecting on their reunion, Les said: “Sherrie and I go back all those years.“We haven't seen each other for ages, but we keep in touch on the phone.“I last saw her I think a couple of years ago when I was doing panto in Manchester and then she came to the theatre with Benidorm.“So I went to see that and we went to dinner with all the cast after.“It's great to actually be working with her again, although we don't have a lot to do in the show together.“But just being in the rehearsal room with her and we pop out to the local deli for lunch together, it’s very nice.”.
