Emma headed on the Spice Girls’ first reunion tour in 2007, and during a performance at the STAPLES Center in Los Angeles, her breast milk started leaking while on stage.
The singer had only given birth four months previously and admitted that while she was wearing a stylish Roberto Cavalli dress, she noticed her boobs were leaking and she had to make a dash off stage.
Baby Spice remembered the moment in her new book, as she revealed she had been breastfeeding as well as using formula to feed her baby while she had a hectic schedule during touring.
