Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been given information on a potential transfer from a Norwegian national coach.

The Red Devils manager is looking to bolster his goalscoring options this summer, with Jadon Sancho currently in his sights.

United missed out on the Borussia Dortmund star’s team-mate Erling Haaland, the Norwegian forward who worked with Solskjaer at Molde, this January.

But national assistant coach Per Joar Hansen gave a hint to his compatriot in United’s hot seat over another Scandinavian star who could be available – Bournemouth’s Joshua King.
