North Lanarkshire’s revised waste collection dates covering the Christmas and new year holiday period have been announced for residents.Bins which are usually collected on Sundays will be picked up a day earlier for each of the next two weeks, while those normally collected on Mondays should be presented a day later than usual due to the public holidays.Food and garden waste collections and special uplifts will not take place between Christmas Eve and January 6; while bookings can be made to have real Christmas trees collected free of charge on three dates in the new year.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
