Noel Gallagher has opened up about his time in Oasis, claiming his fellow band members weren't as creative in the songwriting department.
The 52-year-old, who hasn't spoken to his brother Liam in a decade, explained his bandmates were "very conservative" when it came to creating music – something that frustrated him.
Speaking to Music Week, Noel said: "There was a responsibility to everyone else, and some people in the band were very conservative in their views of rock music. "The longer you stay in a band like that, the more you become institutionalised – the way things are done is the way things are done."
