And although the actors' names might not mean much, Estelle Skornik and Max Douchin's famous catchphrase most definitely will.
In fact, their everyday greeting from father to daughter resonated with a generation. "Nicole?" the suave Frenchman would ask, expectantly. "Papa!" would be her simple reply.
In the original ad, Nicole sneaked out while her dad was apparently dozing in the garden outside their chateau, to meet up with her hunky boyfriend in her Clio.
