Hollywood superstar Chris Evans' wife has opened up about the time she was almost abducted on a holiday to Scotland. Alba Baptista told of the terrifying experience from her childhood during a school trip.
Alba, whose name happens to be Gaelic for Scotland, detailed the horrifying event in a magazine interview. The Netflix star, 26, had made the journey with fellow students when she was 10 years old to learn English, The Mirror reports.
She was out and about exploring and looking for a T-shirt to buy for her dad when she was approached by a man. She told Nova Gente, a weekly magazine from her native Portugal, that a man in his 50s came towards her and offered to buy the top for her.He then asked her to follow him to his car, where he promised her a "much better T-shirt" before grabbing her arm.
Luckily, her teacher appeared and the youngster managed to wriggle out of his grasp and escape the attempted abduction.Alba told the publication: "I must have a wonderful guardian angel, because when he was grabbing me by the arm and pulling me out of the shop, the teacher appeared at the door to call me.
