The 38-year-old Olympic medalist, who made history by appearing in the first same-sex couple on the dance show, has thanked her fans for their overwhelming support throughout her Strictly journey.
Taking to her social media page, the sports star explained that her fans had 'brightened up her day'. Although Nicola tested negative for coronavirus, she had to pull out of the show and is required to self-isolate for 14 days because she has been in close contact with her professional partner.
