Nicki Minaj has been freed following her detention in Amsterdam just hours before she's slated to hit the stage in Manchester.The 41 year old US songstress, famed for hits like Starships, Super Bass, and Anaconda, is scheduled to light up the Co-op Live Arena this Saturday night as a highlight of her Pink Friday World Tour.Officials from the National Police Corps relayed to PA news agency that a 41 year old woman was nabbed after purportedly attempting to smuggle soft drugs out of Schiphol Airport.Come 9pm, the Dutch authorities announced the release of their "suspect and she can now move on".They further noted that the individual will face "a fine", the sum of which will be set by the Public Prosecution Service.Originally, Minaj's gig at Co-op Live was to open doors at 6.30pm, but this was pushed back to 7pm, with fans now flocking into the venue.
