Dutch police have revealed more details around Nicki Minaj's dramatic arrest this weekend. The pop star was arrested at Schiphol Airport, Amsterdam, on Saturday afternoon - hours before her gig in Manchester at the Co-op Live was due to go ahead.
It eventually led to the gig being forced to be cancelled - leaving thousands of fans inside the arena 'raging'. It came after Minaj posted on X that officers were searching her luggage and had 'found weed'.
She live-streamed her arrest on Instagram and posted on X at 4pm that she was being taken to a police station. They wrote: "We have just released a 41-year-old American woman who we arrested this afternoon at Schiphol on suspicion of exporting soft drugs.
