New restaurant to open at Lanarkshire theme park

Thirty new jobs are to be created with the opening of a new American-themed diner at a Lanarkshire theme park. Monterey Jack’s will open premises at M&D’s in Strathclyde Park within the next two weeks, featuring an “exclusive wild west interior”.
