A new Green Hornet movie is on its’ way. Variety reports that Universal Pictures is teaming up with Amasia Entertainment for a new take on The Green Hornet and Kato, based on the classic characters.
Amasia’s co-founders Michael Helfant and Bradley Gallo will produce the upcoming film. The Green Hornet, who was last on the big screen with Seth Rogen in the title role in 2011, made his debut on a radio show during the 1930s and focuses on Britt Reid, the owner/publisher of The Daily Sentinel who moonlights as a vigilante.
