McDonalds has been given the go ahead to open a new drive-thru restaurant and children’s play area on the car park of a Toryglen supermarket – despite fears from locals.
Glasgow City Council has given the green light to the fast food chain’s application for a two-storey restaurant at the Asda on Prospecthill Road.
