Quite a lot judging by Jamie's reaction in a private moment with Claire in one of the season's sneak peeks. The pair can be seen lounging together in bed with a pensive-looking Jamie speaking about Tom and their shared past together.“Well, when I sent word out to all Ardsmuir men, couldn’t very well say all of them but one,” answers Jamie.This foreboding exchange really shows that our favourite couple expects Tom to be trouble but what do we know?
