Netflix is set to add one of this year's biggest films to its catalogue - which has earned a near-perfect Rotten Tomatoes score.
The Super Mario Bros Movie, based on Nintendo's popular Mario video game franchise, released globally this April. It's the second-highest-grossing film of 2023, bringing in more than $1.3 billion worldwide.
It was beaten to the top spot by Greta Gerwig's Barbie, which grossed more than $1.4 billion. The film follows plumber brothers Mario and Luigi as they're transported to an alternate world.
They become embroiled in a battle between the Mushroom Kingdom, led by Princess Peach, and the Koopas, led by baddie Bowser.
