Actor Ned Beatty has died at the age of 83. The actor, famous for his roles in Superman and Network and for being the voice of Lotso in Toy Story 3, passed away in his sleep on Sunday while surrounded by family at his home according to TMZ.
The cause of death was not revealed, but the publication reports that it was not Covid-19 related. The Kentucky-born actor was once described as "the busiest actor in Hollywood" and had a career which spanned over five decades.
He broke out onto the scene in Deliverance but will perhaps be best remembered for his standout monologue in 1976's Network.
