NORTH Most of the hardcore fans know, of course, that Gibbs killed the man who killed his family, Pedro Hernandez. And many of ’em may have known that he did it before he started at NIS.

But I think Gina Lucita Monreal and I really wanted to dig in and get to the reality of it. What would’ve happened? It’s not as simple as Frank showing him that folder with the name and then suddenly, Gibbs goes and kills Pedro.
