The NBA has suspended its season after a Utah Jazz player “preliminarily” tested positive for coronavirus. Rudy Gobert tested positive for COVID-19 just before the Jazz were set to play Oklahoma City Thunder on Wednesday night.
The understanding is that Gobert was not in the arena prior to the Jazz-Thunder game, which was eventually postponed before tip-off.
After taking part in normal warmups, players from both teams walked off the court, beginning what was a more than 30-minute delay.
