The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences revealed its new board of directors today, replacing its longstanding NATAS Board of Trustees.
The move follows a multiyear restructuring of the Academy’s bylaws and governance to be more representative of the industry communities it serves.
The new board includes Adam Sharp, who remains President & CEO of the org, and Terry O’Reilly, who retains his Chair tag.
It also includes Treasurer Theresa Maher Johnson, Secretary Julie Lucas, First Vice Chair David Burt and Second Vice-Chair Barbara Williams Perry.
