The singer and I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here star, 28, shared a shirtless photo after he was finally discharged from hospital, telling his followers he is now ‘80kg of bone’.
Myles had suffered a ruptured spleen, broken ribs and internal bleeding after the unfortunate accident while snowboarding in Andorra.
He updated his fans on his condition throughout his time in hospital, telling them: ‘I was involved in a snowboarding accident about a week ago which resulted in me rupturing my spleen breaking, broken ribs and having internal bleeding.
