Just three months ago Myles' ripped muscles could be seen in a photo taken before the X Factor star entered the I'm A Celebrity jungle.
Taking to his Instagram Story today he shared a topless snap and told fans he had dropped to "80 kg of bone." In another post on his feed, Myles wore a tracksuit that hung off his frame and he shared a final snap from his hospital bed, after being cooped up for 22 days.
