Steven J. Horowitz Senior Music Writer My Chemical Romance is getting ready to wax nostalgic with the announcement that the group will hit the road in summer 2025 to celebrate its third album “‘Long Live’ The Black Parade” by performing it in its entirety.
The group, which recently played “The Black Parade” last month at Las Vegas’ When We Were Young Fest, will tour the album in 10 cities across North America.
At each stop, the band will feature a different opening act including 100 Gecs, Death Cab for Cutie, Thursday, Alice Cooper, Devo, Evanescence, Idles, Pixies, Wallows, Garbage and Violent Femmes.
My Chemical Romance, consisting of Gerard Way, Ray Toro, Frank Iero and Mikey Way, will kick off the “Black Parade” tour in Seattle on July 11.
