A man has been charged with murder following the death of a 38-year-old dad in Blackpool. Daniel Allsop was found collapsed in McDonalds on Bank Hey Road on Monday (October 2).
Police said they believed he had been 'assaulted' a short time earlier at around 4.30pm on Bethesda Road. Daniel tragically died on Wednesday night.
A post-mortem found his cause of death was blunt force trauma, Lancashire Police said. On Sunday evening, Mali Wright, 29, was charged with murder. He has been remanded into custody and is set to appear at Blackpool Magistrates' Court this morning.
