A 'kind' young man at the centre of a murder investigation in Moss Side has been named as Badri Issa. The 22-year-old Manchester Met graduate was stabbed on Moss Lane East shortly before 8pm on Wednesday evening (October 25).
He was rushed to hospital from the scene after his friend alerted the emergency services but tragically, he died of his injuries.
A hunt is underway to find two men who fled the scene in a car. Murder detectives have 'deployed additional resources' to try and track them down. They said he was 'always smiling' and 'put others first'. In a tribute, they said: "Badri was well loved at home and in the community.
