A murder investigation has been launched in connection with the disappearance of a 31-year-old woman. Sarah Henshaw was last seen five days ago, at 9pm on June 20, at her home address on Norman Street, Ilkeston - but has not been seen since.
Police investigating her disappearance now believe she may have been 'seriously hurt or deceased' following her disappearance and have subsequently launched a murder investigation.
Detectives are also keen to hear from anyone who may have seen, or have footage of, a blue Ford Transit van in the early hours of June 21 around J29 of the M1 and the A617 in Chesterfield. Enquiries into Sarah's whereabouts are continuing. The 31-year-old is described as white, of a medium build with long dark straight hair which she wears in a bun.
