A mum-of-three turned violent when police responding to a 999 call arrived at her Lanarkshire home.Melissa Stack lashed out and threatened to "cut" one officer, Airdrie Sheriff Court heard this week.Stack, 30, admitted threatening or abusive behaviour at her home in Loch Road, Chapelhall, on January 24 last year.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.

She was rolling about the floor, screaming incoherently."The officers sought to move her to another room for her own safety, but she began shouting, 'get to f**k', and, 'get out of my house, you b******s'."She was warned about her conduct but continued to shout and swear, warning one of the officers, 'I'll f*****g cut you'."As the officers tried to arrest her, she resisted violently."Stack kicked one officer twice on the leg and shoved the other before spitting at him but failing to make contact.She also kicked the inside of a police cell van.The court heard she has no previous convictions, but defence agent Simon Gilmour said: "There is a mental health background."Sheriff Joseph Hughes deferred sentence until next month
