The mother of a baby killed by evil nurse Lucy Letby has said she knew the serial killer wasn't to be trusted - but that people thought she was "bonkers".The parent said she wanted to call in the police when their newborn died in the middle of the night, after Letby had attacked her three different times.Their little girl - known as Child D - lost her life when Letby eventually killed her by injecting air into her bloodstream, leaving her parents devastated. They had been "on cloud nine" and felt that "everything was perfect" in the run up to her June 2015 birth, even saying that they enjoyed a "smooth pregnancy".But The Mirror reports their world "crumbled" when the newborn died in the middle of the night after Letby attacked her three times - finally killing her by injecting air into her bloodstream. The mum described a catalogue of errors by staff at the Countess of Chester Hospital before her baby was delivered by emergency C-section.
