Mum dubbed 'legend' for buying daughter, 18, Benidorm-themed Christmas present

If you're struggling to find the perfect Christmas gift, one Brit may have found the solution with a hilarious 2025 calendar that's been shared on Reddit.

The calendar, titled 'The Mobility Scooter Riders of Benidorm', features monthly photos of tourists navigating the Spanish resort on mobility scooters, seemingly unaware they're being immortalised in calendar form.

The user who shared the gift in the CasualUK subreddit said: "It has arrived! [...] This one's for my 18-year-old; just waiting on the 'Irish Dressers and Folklore' one to arrive for her 16 year-old brother!" The calendar, produced by DullKev.com, received a lot of praise.

One person commented: "You've won legend mother present buyer of year!!" Another added: "This is amazing. My wife watches far too much 'Bargain Loving Brits In The Sun' and would love this." "They have come to expect that, every year, one of their Christmas presents from me will be something completely and utterly ridiculous, and they still seem to enjoy it, so I carry on with the tradition," she joked.
