Almost immediately her odd look began spurring comparisons to Lizzie McGuire's igloo dress from Disney Channel Original Movie's 2003 film Lizzie McGuire Movie, starring Hilary Duff, and a duvet cover on Twitter.Meanwhile, McRae, the 19-year-old Canadian singer behind the chart-topping hits you broke me first and she's all i wanna be, bared way too much skin in her plunging aqua blue dress with a very daring slit.
