Sophie shared a full-length mirror selfie of her in a gorgeous black and white polka dot black dress, which featured a halter neck design and frilled ruching down the middle while exposing both sides of her toned torso.
Posing with her long blonde locks swept over to one side at the front while holding a small wicker bag in one hand and her phone taking the image in the other, the 33-year-old wrote to her followers: "I have not felt good in a dress for over three years.
