Stacey Solomon shared an emotional moment she experienced over the weekend after spending some quality time with her grandma and children.

The Sort Your Life Out host headed away from home with her husband Joe Swash and their children on Friday night. They then spent the weekend with Stacey's grandma where the elderly relative finally got to meet her latest great-grandchild, baby Belle.

And Stacey, 33, and ex-EastEnders star Joe, 41, were every inch the proud parents as they posed with Rex, three, Rose, one and Belle, two months, on Saturday (April 22) while enjoying a walk through the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire.

Loose Women star Stacey, who is also mum to elder sons Zachary, 14, and Leighton, 10, took to her Instagram Stories to document the fun family times as she posted videos and photographs to her Instagram Story as she and Joe explored with their three children.
