MRS Brown's Boys actor Damien McKiernan is following in the footsteps of his co-star and is suing the show's boss Brendan O’Carroll.
Damian who played Rory Brown, is suing for unfair dismissal, bullying and discrimination after being ditched from the beloved sitcom.
His legal action comes one week after Gary Hollywood, 41, revealed he was suing the show for being "unfairly treated". “Damien has decided to take legal action.
He doesn’t feel like he has been fairly treated and wants justice,” a show insider told the Daily Star. Damien, 54, complained to the BBC after he was axed from the show in October and has decided to follow up the complaint with a lawsuit. “Damien is devastated.
