Brendan O'Carroll has made a bold statement about the future of Mrs Brown's Boys falling a downturn in ratings this year. Speaking to The Irish Sun, Brendan, 65, vowed his comedy creation would not wind up another 'cancelled' sitcom.
Brendan has played his Agnes Brown in the BBC comedy series, which sees him dress up in drag to transform into the tough-talking matriach, sine 2011.
After other comedy series have come under scrutiny this year, Brendan admitted he considered if he could meet the same fate - but believes he only writes what the audience find funny which will be the key to Mrs Brown's longevity.
