nypost.comAn update from Forbes revealed that Swift, 34, is now worth $1.6 billion.Meanwhile, Rihanna, 36, is worth $1.4 billion.Swift became a billionaire in October 2023 thanks to her massively popular Eras Tour and her music catalog.The “Anti-Hero” singer has $600 million from royalties and touring while her music catalog is also worth an estimated $600 million, according to Forbes.Plus, Swift has an estimated $125 million in real estate holdings.
She has homes in Rhode Island, New York City, Nashville and Los Angeles.Her Eras Tour has grossed over $2 billion as of earlier this year.
The tour started in March 2023 and ends in December. Rolling Stone previously reported that the Eras Tour is the highest-selling tour worldwide.
The high demand for tickets to Swift’s shows led to a congressional hearing over Ticketmaster.The pop star has 11 studio albums, including “The Tortured Poets Department” which came out in April and broke streaming records on Spotify.
