Morgan Wallen Declined Cameo in 'SNL' Sketch, Was Replaced By Joe Jonas

If you didn’t see, the 31-year-old country music star made headlines after abruptly exiting the stage at the end of Saturday Night Live over the weekend on Saturday (March 29) after speaking briefly with Mikey Madison, who hosted the show. Keep reading to find out more… Now, a new report, from both Page Six and People, shares that he was asked to cameo in a pre-recorded sketch about long lines in NYC.

The sketch featured Mikey with cast members Bowen Yang, Chloe Fineman, Ego Nwodim and Sarah Sherman. Morgan didn’t want to participate, allegedly, so they got Joe Jonas instead. “[Morgan] was asked but declined, so they got Joe instead,” a source told Page Six. “They had hopes he would do the pre-tape and perhaps more, but no joy.”
