MOLLY-MAE Hague has been slammed for her "tone deaf" comments about her easy pregnancy. The reality star, 23, said she believes her body was "made to carry a baby" because she's had such a "smooth" and "incredible" pregnancy.
But some fans have slammed the comment as insensitive, saying that women who have difficult pregnancies are also "built to carry a baby and be a mum".
Speaking on her latest YouTube video, Molly said: "I don't want to go on about it too much, the fact that I've had such an incredible smooth journey with my pregnancy because I know that's not the case for a lot of women through pregnancy. "But the only way I can describe it is that I feel like my body was literally made to grow a child, I have never felt more natural. "I can't explain it, I feel like my body was made to do this and was built to grow a child - it's been that smooth and amazing." "It must have been like 'can I have a child to grow now', like it was always calling for this." But Molly's fans were left fuming with her remarks, with one writing: "FYI if your pregnancy hasn't been smooth, you are built to grow a baby and be a mum just as much as someone who had a smooth pregnancy, tone deaf comments to millions of followers."
