Manchester United’s pursuit of “top target” Erling Haaland. The Red Devils are prioritising a centre-forward for their next transfer windows, eyeing up players such as Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Moise Caicedo.

But they are on a list with Haaland, who jumped onto the scene with 28 goals in 22 goals for RB Salzburg before continuing his stellar form at Borussia Dortmund.

United tried to sign the Norwegian back in January before the Bundesliga side struck - and there are still suggestions they could pursue him again.

But The Athletic have reported that a recent thorn in United’s side could sting them again in pursuit of Haaland. The 20-year-old is represented by Raiola, who has endured a public fallout with United over his comments on client.
