And, speaking before the game, Souness raised concerns over Chelsea's misfiring strikers, including Timo Werner, and how they would perform against their rivals.
He told Sky Sports: "You pay big money for players for these games. This is a game that decides whether you're going to be a winner, or just an also-ran.
