Jamie Carragher admits he is softer on Frank Lampard than other top flight managers - but not because he played alongside the Chelsea boss.
The retired duo played alongside each other for England and were opposite each other in many Chelsea vs Liverpool battles over the years.
Lampard has since stepped into management but is currently struggling to deliver for the Blues despite a mammoth spending spree.However, Carragher insists he won't be too harsh on the Stamford Bridge chief - but purely because he is inexperienced, rather than because of their relationship."I think people in our position get questioned on Frank.
In that we played with him, if this was a different manager we'd be a lot more critical," Carragher said on Sky Sports Monday.
