Millie Bobby Brown Addresses Salary Reports, Leaked Contracts for 'Stranger Things' & 'Enola Holmes'

Millie Bobby Brown is speaking out about pay. The 20-year-old Stranger Things star spoke out in a Vanity Fair cover story about her film contracts leaking online.

If you didn’t know, years ago, reports surfaced that Millie was making $10 million for starring in and producing Netflix‘s Enola Holmes 2, which would make the highest salary ever for an actor under the age of 20. Keep reading to find out more… Her reported Stranger Things salary had also leaked, with her earning at least $250,000 an episode starting in Season 3.

While Millie did not confirm or deny the dollar amounts, she did open up about the dangers of contracts leaking.

She noted that contracts she signed as a teenager should never have leaked online and “should have been protected so that they’re not on the record.” “It just puts children in a really dangerous situation,” she said. “I think everybody’s a little bit too lax about the way that children are brought up in the industry.
