Miley Cyrus to Appear in Dolly Parton's New Holiday Movie 'Mountain Magic Christmas'
justjared.comMiley Cyrus is taking on a new role in her godmother Dolly Parton‘s movie! According to THR, the 29-year-old “Nothing Breaks Like a Heart” performer has joined the star-studded cast of Dolly‘s upcoming holiday movie Dolly Parton’s Mountain Magic Christmas.
NBC announced the movie back in May as part of its upfront presentation, but a release date hasn’t been announced yet. Click inside to find out who else will be starring in the movie… Dolly is set to star in the movie alongside Tom Everett Scott, Ana Gasteyer and Angel Parker.
It will also feature guest appearances from Jimmy Fallon, Willie Nelson, Billy Ray Cyrus, Jimmie Allen and Zach Williams.
According to the movie’s logline, Mountain Magic Christmas is a “modern-day movie musical” that charts the chaotic making of a TV special.
