During a conversation with her sister Brandi Cyrus for Spotify’s Billions Club series, the 32-year-old singer looked back on her performance of Party in the USA at the Teen Choice Awards in 2009.
You will recall the then-16-year-old danced on a pole attached to an ice cream cart, and it caused quite a bit of controversy at the time since Miley was known for her more kid-friendly role in Hannah Montana.
