Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has turned to his youth prospects as he battles to save his job in north London. Catalin Cirjan, 18, has been permanently promoted to the senior side after impressing in training.The youngster joined Arsenal from Romanian side Viitorul Domnesti last year and signed his first professional contract one year ago.Cirjan is an attacking midfielder who has been fast-tracked from the Under-18s to the Under-23s and now to the first-team in training."From today, he will train daily only for seniors, he is confidently waiting for his debut in the Premier League," said the midfielder’s representative Catalin Sarmasan.Cirjan wasn't the only youngster in Monday's first-team training session.The teen was joined by four other.
